The RevBayes Advanced Tutorials are a suite of specialized, open-source educational modules designed for evolutionary biologists to perform complex, hierarchical statistical modeling. Unlike standard phylogenetic software, RevBayes uses a unique “graphical model” framework and an R-like scripting language (RevLang) to let users build custom evolutionary models piece by piece.
